Inspired Entertainment is set to branch off into the iLottery market as is clear with the new deal being penned with Loto-Québec. The latter already offers a portfolio of casino content that has been offered by the established gaming provider.

Loto-Quebec

The latest collaboration will see Inspired Entertainment take a step towards cementing itself within the digital lottery space. The provider of interactive games, amongst other things, needs no introduction in the world of gambling. Due to the sheer popularity of the casino gaming catalogue, which is evident according to Loto-Québec, the new instalment will definitely excite fans and draw an even wider audience in the French speaking province.

Digital lottery games to be released in 2022

The iLlottery games have been designed and developed by Interactive and will be available via the Loto-Québec website or mobile app. The two new additions include Fruit Drop Scatterdrops and Scarab Treasures. The new agreement, or extension there-of, will mean that Loto-Québec is Inspired Entertainment’s first customer in the iLottery market. It’s yet another stepping stone for Inspired as they look to ensure that their brand is synonymous with high-quality and appealing online games.

Adults will be able to play the games using the seamless Loto-Québec interface. Conveniently, all winnings are paid out directly into a personal account. This will be sure to streamline the entire process – from start to finish. It is bound to attract a healthy following as both parties involved are transparent and efficient in their operational handling of their respective enterprises.

Inspired Entertainment continues to operate in nearly three dozen different territories across the globe. The company provides over 50 thousand machines with terminals and content. It’s a testament to their dynamic and innovative approach throughout the development process. There is little doubt that the digital iLottery games being offered in the near future will only solidify its reputation – a brand that’s reputation has compounded over the years.

It’ll be interesting to follow the uptake come 2022 and we’ll be sure to note whether the demand for such gaming options, especially from a provider such as Inspired Entertainment, increases or flatlines off the back of the new releases. One thing is for sure, Loto-Québec has certainly not gone into this with their hands tied behind their back. Copious amounts of market research and analysis would have been undertaken prior to the agreement being signed. Thus, we are confident that this new venture will leave both invested parties smiling.

What’s new in Canada?

In other news, independent reports are underlining the huge potential that Ontario holds for the iGaming sector. It may well be the largest single, regulated jurisdiction across the entirety of North America come next year. Once private online gambling operators are allowed to serve the public, only time will tell if this potential will be realised. We’re confident that a regulated industry for gambling and single-event sports betting will benefit individual players as well as the state to a great extent. Once all the fine print is hashed out, residents in Ontario will have the right to sign up, and use, legal online gambling sites. It’s a win for the industry and a lucrative outcome for stakeholders.

At GamblingGuy, we’re constantly on the lookout for breaking gambling news that will help you on your next endeavour. Be sure to check in on a weekly basis so that you are always in the fray.
