My thoughts on the MrRun sign up bonus

How I found the MrRun usability and accessibility
For my MrRun reviews, I spent a long time looking at the usability and website design.
Desktop website
The desktop website has a simple blue, black, and gold colour scheme. I like the easy text readability, and I think that the main navigation, where you can switch between the casino, live casino, sportsbook, and offers, is also effective. At the same time, I get that some people could think the header graphics look a little basic, and that the style is a little outdated.
I can’t fault the usability at all, though. Page speeds are fast, everything is easy to find, and I like how the games are split into categories such as live dealers, drops and wins, and slots. For the sportsbook, they’ve done a decent job of keeping the information compact, while still allowing you to browse the sports categories and betting info quickly.
Mobile accessibility
I couldn’t find a downloadable MrRun app, which is a letdown. Other Canadian online casinos and sportsbooks do have mobile apps. Still, CA customers can open MrRun on their smartphone using a mobile browser like Safari or Opera. The mobile browser version is responsive, and the layout shifts to fit on the smaller screen size.
I tested many of the games on the mobile version, and most of them are mobile-optimised. For instance, with the Pragmatic Play slots, I was able to tilt my phone sideways to play in landscape mode. The mobile sportsbooks work great too, and I had no issues with the odds refreshing or the live betting features.

From what I can see, you can make deposits and withdrawals at this Canadian gambling site using Interac, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, MuchBetter, PaySafeCard, Neosurf, MiFinity, or Union Pay. There is a $10 minimum deposit and withdrawal limit, and when I made payments, I didn’t get charged any payment fees. The average withdrawal time looked to be 1-3 business days, which I think could be improved.
MrRun offers a live chat, email support, and help centre if you need assistance. I tested the live chat several times, and it always looked to be open. I got connected with someone within 5-10 minutes, and their help was fantastic. Email support is slower, and I was waiting up to 3 hours for a reply. You can opt to browse the help centre too, which has a good selection of categories and information articles.
Checking the core features at MrRun Casino and Sports Betting
A big part of my MrRun ratings was determined by the underlying core features such as licensing, security, and responsible gambling support.
Licensing
MrRun is legit. It’s owned and operated by White Had Gaming Limited, and has a gambling license from the Malta Gaming Authority under license number MGA/B2C/370/2017.
Security
I got the impression after finishing my MrRun sign up, that the site is secure and safe to use. I saw evidence of HTTPS connectivity for a MrRun secure connection, plus the use of SSL encryption. At the time of writing this MrRun review, there was an active SSL certificate too. You can browse standard documentation, too, that I expect Canadian sites to have, such as a privacy policy, terms of service, and betting rules.
Responsible gambling
