The Aggies continued their attack in the second quarter and gained another 10 points. The Huskies gave a strong retaliation in the fourth quarter closing the difference to only 4 points. The Aggies responded with a touchdown.

Quarterback Logan Bonner has a record of throwing for 3,628 yards with 36 touchdowns in his previous season. Bonner performed well against the Huskies, hitting 20 of 29 passes for 281 yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions.

Brian Cobbs hauled seven catches for 78 yards and a touchdown, while Calvin Tyler Jr. carried the ball 33 times for 161 yards. Levi Williams had failed his lone pass attempt but added a single carry for four yards.

Justin McGriff had three catches for 53 yards, while Kyle Van Leeuwen had three catches for 54 yards. Both caught a goal-scoring pass during the game. MJ Tafisi had sat out of the last four games of 2021 but returned this year with 10 tackles.

Alabama Crimson Tide
