Latest WSOP Sign-Up Bonus: Offer

If you click on the “Promotions” tab when you land on WSOP.com, you’ll find so many WSOP bonus code offers that it’s almost overwhelming. There are plenty to choose from both new and existing customers. The most logical place to start is with the triple-layered welcome bonus, which is available to NJ and Nevada players. The bonus in PA may be slightly different.

WSOP Welcome Bonus – Three Parts

1. $50 Free Play

The first thing that NJ and Nevada players can get when signing up to WSOP is the $50 free play no deposit bonus. Once you’ve used your $50 free play bonus you can move on to make your first deposit, and in doing so with your WSOP NJ promo code, you can claim the matched deposit offer while you’re at it.

2. WSOP Deposit Bonus

To claim this part of the bonus, simply make your first WSOP deposit of between $10 and $1000 and the house will match it 100% with bonus cash. For example, if you deposit $100, you will get $100 in bonus cash that’s paid out in small amounts as you start earning APPs. We’ll explain more about how APPs work in the “Rewards and Loyalty section”, which you can find further down our WSOP review.

3. Welcome Week Free Rolls

As long as you’ve made your first deposit of $10 or more, you’ll be given tickets to seven $100 freerolls as well as your WSOP promotional code offers. These are exclusive competitions played between new players during the first full week of you having a new account. As the name suggests, the top prize for the Welcome Week Free Rolls is $100. The Freerolls are played at 4 pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and at 7 pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Usability, Look and Feel - The WSOP Website

The WSOP.com website looks exactly as you’ve expected it, with a dark background and white and red font giving it that proper Las Vegas poker feel. As well as being able to play online poker for real money via the website, you can also check out the current WSOP professional players and the hall of fame. Players from outside of NJ, PA, and Nevada won’t be able to fully access the online poker section of the site but can make use of the Play for Free Section.

Technology Supplied by 888

When it comes to the design and branding of the WSOP bonus code offers and website, everything is clear and synonymous with the WSOP’s regular branding. Therefore fans of professional poker will already feel familiar with the site. For their foray into the world of online poker, WSOP worked with casino giants Caesars and got in global online gambling brand 888 to supply the technology.

As a result, you have a site that looks good, feels good, and performs excellently to a high standard. If you’re serious about online poker then you’ll love this site. The sheer amount of tournaments and WSOP promotional code offers might seem intimidating to online poker newbies at first. However, the information is all neatly displayed and the sign-up and playing process is detailed step by step.

Payments - Funding Your WSOP Online Account

When it comes to making deposits with WSOP, players in the legally available states for real money play have six options. These six options are credit/debit card, ACH, PayPal, Play+, Cash at the Cage, and PayNearMe.

When it comes to credit/debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted – and the same goes for prepaid Play+ cards. For those of you who want an alternative to cash and traditional bank accounts, PayPal is the best option, as they don’t share your bank details with the merchant.

PayNearMe is a relatively new concept in the US that allows users to fund their online poker and gambling accounts in cash. Simply get the QR code by signing up on the site and take it to your local 7-Elven or participating convenience store. WSOP doesn’t charge any fees for deposits however we always recommend checking with your bank or payment provider as 3rd parties may charge fees at their end. None of the mentioned deposit options are excluded from the WSOP promotional code offers and bonuses.

WSOP Review – Withdrawals

As is usually the case with online banking accounts, you can’t withdraw winnings directly using your credit/debit card. The only way to withdraw directly to your bank account with WSOP is therefore via ACH e-Check. You can withdraw directly to your PayPal account and Play+ cards. If you want to get your winnings in cash, you can only do so at the casino cage in Atlantic City or Las Vegas. Wagering requirements must be met before you can withdraw any winnings made from your WSOP bonus code offers.

Customer Service - A Quality Service in All Jurisdictions

You can contact the WSOP customer service team via email or toll free phone line. Additionally, there’s also an extremely helpful FAQ section and a separate email for the official complaints procedure. As you’d likely expect from an online poker site that’s backed by brands like WSOP and Caesars, the service is excellent.

Email and Phone Support

Both the email and phone customer service lines are provided on a state by state basis. Therefore both the phone number and email address are different in New Jersey, Nevada and Pennsylvania respectively. The NJ and PA phone lines are available 8am-12am seven days a week, while the Nevada customer service team is available 8am-9pm. For email support, they guarantee a response within 72 hours. In our experience, they answered within 24 hours mostly though.

The main setback here is the lack of an online live chat service, which we’ve become used to seeing in online gambling sites lately. That being said, live chats, while convenient, are only worthwhile if done right – so it’s better to have none at all than a half hearted version.

License and Security - WSOP Review

In order to play real money poker, players must be physically located in either New Jersey or Nevada. You do not have to be a resident of either of these states to legally play online poker for real money or claim a WSOP promotional code – you simply have to physically be within the borders of one of the states.

Geo-Location in NJ and Nevada

To determine where you are, WSOP uses Geo-Location that tracks you via the WiFi on your computer. In order to play for real money from either NJ or Nevada, you, therefore, have to have a WiFi-enabled device and that your WiFi is turned on. You also must have any remote software switched off. VPNs will not work as a workaround for this. As per the legal gambling rules in NJ and Nevada online players who wish to play poker for real money and claim a WSOP bonus code must be over 21 years of age.

Other States

As well as New Jersey and Nevada, there are a handful of other states that have a restricted version of WSOP online poker. If you’re looking for real money poker in other legal US gambling states, take a look at our Global Poker Review.

WSOP Promotional Code - Rewards and Loyalty

As we mentioned right back at the start of this review, the welcome WSOP bonus code is only just the start of it. Click on the “Promotions” tab when accessing the site from NJ or Nevada and you’ll find an absolute multitude of weekly promotions, offers and special tournaments that are available to all existing WSOP players.

Examples of these include Money Madness, the Mystery Bonus and seasonal offers – such as the May Reload. Additionally, you can also access cash prize competitions such as the Hero Freeroll, the Blast Leaderboard and the StandoutSchedule – which guarantees a prize fund of $250,000 every week! The most exciting thing for high rollers and regular players is of course APP rewards point system, which we’ll tell you all about in more detail below.

APPs and the Poker Rewards

As a WSOP player, you’ll be automatically entered into the Poker Rewards system that has both monthly and yearly levels. You don’t need to fill out any forms or enter a WSOP promotional code to be a part of this scheme.

How it works is that you get APPs for every single raked hand you play on WSOP.com online poker. The more points you accrue, the further up the monthly levels you move, and the more real money cash back you can get paid into your account. In terms of the levels, you start out as a “Player” and move through Bronze, Sliver and Elite. If you get 20,000 APPs by the end of the year you will join the Champions Club. You get 2 APPs for every $1 rake that you collect at the table.

WSOP Review FAQ

💰 Is WSOP for real money?

The answer to this question depends on where you are. Due to US gambling laws, everything is done on a state by state basis. Firstly a state has to legalize gambling in its borders then a site has to get a license there. Find out more about this here at GamblingGuy US.

🏧 How long do WSOP withdrawals take?

Withdrawals can take a longer or shorter amount of time depending on which payment method you use. Find out the details of each payment method here in our WSOP Poker Review.

🃏 Is WSOP Rigged?

WSOP.com is a real money online poker site that’s branded by WSOP and powered by 888 holdings – global gambling online giants. You’d think things would be trustworthy but we wanted to make sure and so tested and reviewed the site with experts – check out the results here.

WSOP Review - the Conclusion

We had high expectations for WSOP.com, and therefore went in stricter when it came to testing the site for this review. Overall, we weren’t disappointed. Not content with merely riding on the back of their own branding the famous Caesars Casino, WSOP performed masterstroke by working with 888 on the tech side to ensure that the platform itself truly is top-notch.

If you’re serious about poker and find yourself in NJ or Nevada, then we most certainly would recommend signing up with WSOP. The potential rewards are excellent and there are tables and tournaments for players of all skill levels and budgets. That’s all before we remind you of the excellent WSOP Bonus code.

If you still want to check out the available welcome offers with some other online poker sites in the US, we recommend checking out the 888 Poker deposit bonus.
